The Eiteljorg Museum has unique indoor and outdoor space for meetings, wedding receptions, corporate events and more. Note: The following are starting rates for the 2010 calendar year. Rates will increase for peak weekends (500 Race, Final 4, F-1 Race, etc.). All evening events must start after 6:30 p.m.

This space is only available for evening rental.

Accommodates:

• 250 – Sit down dinner w/o a dance floor (based on 10 people per table)

• 1,000 – Standing reception

• The auditorium, which is located on the first floor near the museum’s main entrance, is complete with audio-visual equipment, a soundproof equipment room, and elevated stage and (movable) theater seats

• No food or beverage is allowed in this space.

Sample the Sky City Café's Southwestern and Native American cuisine in the restaurant's private dining area. This space is available for daytime and evening rental.

The museum's Thompson Boardroom provides a view of the museum's gardens and the downtown Central Canal. The space, which features state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, can be divided for smaller meetings or the full room can be used. The Boardroom is available for daytime rental only.

Accommodates:

• Up to 35 people in full boardroom
• Up to 12 people in divided space
