So that we can ensure that the museum is safe
for all visitors and all collections are preserved for years
to come, please observe the following policies.
Please do not touch the artwork.
Food and/or beverages are not permitted in the galleries.
Umbrellas, coolers, backpacks and large bags or bulky items
must be checked at admissions or information desks.
Smoking is not permitted on the museum grounds.
Photography
is permitted, but not in the Special Exhibitions Gallery or
wherever object labels specify.
Watch for signs. Sometimes photography is not allowed in
the Gerald and Dorit Paul Gallery on the second floor. Read
object labels. They will tell you if you cannot take a picture
of a specific work.
Photography is only for your personal or educational use
and not for publication, commercial use or reproduction.
If you want to publish an image, you must contact the marketing
department at (317) 275-1352.
Flash photography is permitted, but you cannot use tripods
or other stands or supports for your camera.
